Before you start
  • You need a myGov account, create one first if you do not have one
  • The Income Statement was previously referred to as a PAYG Summary or Group Certificate
  1. Sign in to myGov

Head to my.gov.au and sign in (if you don't have an account click, create a myGov account).

  2. Open the ATO service

    Under your services, click ATO.

  3. Go to income statements

On the top menu, click Employment and then Income statements.

  4. Select the right financial year

Here you will see current and past Income Statements. Click on the arrow beside the most recent completed financial year (not this year to date).

  5. Save as a PDF

This will expand the window. From there, click the print-friendly version button. This will open a new tab on your browser where you will see a print hyperlink that says, 'use print options to save as a PDF'.
